Tom is Administrative Director Luxembourg. He is a ILA, INSEAD certified, iNED on the Boards of Investment funds and corporates and non for profit organisations. He is independent ESG senior advisor for sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, corporate sustainability management and sustainability governance.

He is advising the Luxembourg Finance Labelling Agency (LuxFLAG) about the eligibility of label applicants as member of the ESG, and Green Bond Label Eligibility Committee. He is the  Chairman of the Inclusive Finance Network (InFiNE) and contributes to the deployment of inclusive finance worldwide.

Tom has a 22 years history in the BIG 4 audit environment, of which he was 3 years Sustainability and CSR leader where he was involved in sustainability assurance and advisory engagements before he chose in 2019 to be independent and focus on sustainability services.

He has a master degree in business and finance sciences and is a fellow of the Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership where he was certified in Sustainability Management.
